• NO person under 18 years of age is allowed in the Pool, Sauna, Locker Rooms or Fitness Center. Children only allowed during special Rental Events approved by the Membership and Event Coordinator.

• Photography Rights; During class sessions and programs, participants may be photographed by our staff for publicity purposes. If you would rather not have your photo taken, please inform the main office and the photographer.

• Scheduling Changes; Scheduled programs may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather.

• Hours; The Wellness Center can change the hours of business.

• Non-Members; The Wellness Community Center reserves the right to welcome non-members for occasional events, activities and special events. Non-members must be 16 years or older.

• We reserve the right to revoke membership and return prorated dues for any reason.

• Pool Policies; Policies are reviewed with membership registration. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Swim at your own risk. NO Children allowed in the pool.

• If Membership cards are lost a replacement fee will apply. Key FOB Deposit is required at registration.

• Key FOB is not transferrable. Key FOB Must Be turned in at end of membership.
