Northern Ohio Yoga Classes

Shirley Weimer RN, RYT, teaches the Hatha style with lyengar emphasis.  Classes are 1 hour long, and held in the Wellness Community Center Event Room B.  You can contact Shirley at 330-667-2262 if you have questions about the class.  Cost is $48 for 6 classes, or $8 drop in fee.  SilverSneakers or Wellness members are 1/2 price and checks can be made to Bloomfield Independent Living.
