Wellness Wednesdays are geared towards older folks who would like to have their blood pressure, cholesterol, bmi and sugar tested. Regularly there is a guest speaker who deals with all ranges of health issues Join us from 10:30-12:00 in Event Room B on the last Wednesday of every month
Brethren Care Wellness Center 6 classes: June 1 - July 6 @ 1:45-2:45, 3:15-4:15 $36 for all 6 classes, or $6 drop in fee Silver Sneakers members $3 Checks can be made out to Bloomfield Independent Living
